How To Be In The Present Moment?

Question: My mind is always wandering in either the past or the future. How can I bring it to the present for maximum time? GURUMAA: Mohan Rao, the mind can be brought in present only when we cut the self created ties and the bondages with things, individuals and various goals. You have to let go of all these ties. Learn to enjoy whatever you do in such a way that your work becomes a fruit on its own. Beware that you dont have to simply use your work and your present moment to achieve certain heights or certain goals in your life. Live your life in such a way that every action is done with dispassion and de-attachment with the goals and the fruits of action. Continuously dwell on the thought that I am not this body, I am not this mind, I am not these thoughts, I am not these emotions, I am far from all these subtle and physical realms of myself.
