Q : I am 29 years old and I live in America. I have bought Yog Nidra recently and I am looking forward to begin its practice. I had been practicing the Buddha Dharma and Yoga as well. But I feel that there is lot of dogma related to it over here. I like chanting. I would like to study under your guidance but I have noticed that a lot of CDs are in Hindi. Is there any way for me to study your teachings as I am in California and you are in India? So, where should I begin the practice of meditation from?
