Q : Whenever I take a deep breath and do the reverse counting from 27 to 1 in Yog Nidra, both of my legs tremble. I don't know why? Sometimes I stop it with Sankalp but I don't know the reason for this uneasiness in my legs. I enjoy doing dhyan but this uneasiness and trembling of legs disturbs me a lot. Please advise.
